A.C.S. will ensure that policies and management practices are adopted which maintain high professional standards in the marketing and delivery of education services, and which safeguard the educational interests and welfare of students.
- Marketing
The Australian Correspondence Schools will market the educational product with integrity, accuracy and professionalism. The name of ACS, any associated enterprise, or any licensee, should not be used intentionally in any way without prior approval of the other party concerned.
- Records and Documentation
Any records or documentation relating to a licensing agreement, including ongoing correspondence, should be kept confidential to staff between ACS and any partnered institutions unless written approval to the contrary is obtained.
- Sanctions
The Australian Correspondence Schools excepts that any licensing status could be dissolved should the Code of Practices not be implemented or abided by.
